Why can't my laptop see USB 2.0 drives?
It sees the keyboard and mouse, but when connecting USB 2.0 drives, the laptop gives an error: USB device not recognized. When connecting USB 3.0 drives in USB 3 ports, the laptop sees it (if you connect Usb 3 to the Usb2 port, it also does not see it). What could be the reason?
If this is a chipset, etc. - is there a variant of some kind of plug-in device like usb3-> usb2?
The bios also does not see a USB 2.0 connection.
