How to pay taxes on freelancing? Sole Proprietorship or Self Employment?

Good afternoon. I read a lot on this topic. Including here. But I didn't find an answer there. There is a freelance exchange that does not enter into an agreement with an individual entrepreneur. But it can withdraw money through the payoner secure payment system (qiwi, card, etc.). Accordingly, being an individual entrepreneur, how to legalize such income? After all, there is no contract with the exchange (and they cannot conclude). Work performed with the client is also paid not from them personally. There are no acts or anything else. Is there any option for IP on the simplified tax system 6%? Or not soared and become self-employed?

how much income is thousand rubles / year?

  • self-employed 6% (up to 2.4 million rubles/year)
  • for incomes from 850 thousand rubles / year and for certain types of activities (programmers) - IP on a patent,
a fixed amount of tax and contributions, regardless of the size of real income, in some regions about 50 thousand rubles / year the amount of tax comes out can be found here https:/ /patent.nalog.ru/info/ + 41 thousand rubles fixed IP contributions per year, if the cost of the patent is less than 18 thousand rubles per year - then 1% is not paid to the Pension Fund, as 18 / 0.06 = 300 thousand if higher then consider the difference over 300 thousand / year from the cost of the patent
  • for income over 2.4 million rubles / year and if the IP on the patent for activities is not suitable (or you can combine it with a patent if you provide different types of activities) - IP usn 6%
