Where to open offshore?

Hello! A small “party” of freelancers working together has grown to the point where it’s inconvenient to work through Payoneer. Yes, and I want to honestly be able to declare taxes in my native country. Accordingly, offshore is needed. Interested in the experience of Khabrovites in terms of: where to open? what is the price? The better, the worse.
I promise, based on the results of the answers and the study, if I dig up, I will publish a good article with an analysis.
Details: the size of the company is about 7 people, the turnover per month is ridiculous - less than 20 thousand dollars.

It depends on what type of activity - but I can recommend the classics - Seychelles, Costa Rica, Malta, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. If you have enough funds, you can open premium offshore companies - the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.

We have organizations in Cyprus. Personally, as a lawyer, I hang myself from the burden of document flow between the two countries, and for some reason freelancers and startups are sure that this is easy and cool ... this is not the first time that surprises me.

I'm looking into a similar question (difference is getting money from multiple repeat customers). So far, it turns out offshore in Belize, and bank accounts in Lithuania. Opening on your own from Ukraine comes out to 2000 dollars. Unverified yet, one shortcoming is seen that the director of the offshore company will not transfer his salary to the state of emergency (the tax authorities will look askance at the contract with themselves).

Are there any promotions?

With Belize, a number of difficulties can arise if your customers work in normal jurisdictions. Recently, Europeans and Americans refuse to transfer money to the bank accounts of Belizean companies. In general, you need to contact a legal firm that specializes in offshore. she will tell you everything (of course, if you pay :))
You can choose a legal firm and jurisdiction for offshore here , you can use Google search on your own, but the result will most likely be the same.

You need to trust professionals, not amateurs who have the task of selling you an offshore company and forget about you.
First of all, you need to understand what kind of business you have, what partners you will work with.
The simplest is the Belize, Seychelles company.
If you need to work with European companies, then Belize and similar jurisdictions will not work.
Merchant, capitaller, app developers have their own jurisdictions and schemes.
In general, for each goal and task, their jurisdictions

Many open offshore companies in the Emirates - in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and it seems that even in Ajman it is possible, but I'm not sure for sure. Plus, there is such a thing as onshore - it makes it possible to obtain a resident visa in the UAE.
In general, I advise you to go here for advice: dubai-freezone.ae/contacts.html
