Are there any smart Russian-language exchanges left?

Hey! So I asked myself, are there still normal CIS exchanges where there really is something to draw on?

So what I know:

1) Fl.ru - I think the garbage heap needs no introduction.
2) freelance.ru - there is a pumped acc since 2010, BUT since 2018 there has been a sharp crisis on it, in my opinion, the standards of customers have become 70% less, and no, it has not been driven into money like others. It just became a pile of rubbish.
3) Freelancing - for me there are so few orders, there is simply catastrophically nothing to do.
4) FreelanceHunt and Weblancer - I don’t see that they shine with popularity, at first glance the price tags of tasks are very low.

What do you know and what responses can you give?

Whatever they say about fl.ru, this is the only normal exchange in the CIS, because the return is the most (before that I used https://freelance.ru, and there was almost no return even with a pro account). Yes, and it’s not a pity to pay 3000 rubles per month, given what amounts you can raise monthly (80-150k per month, if you have brains in your head). Dumping? Yes, there is. But, it all depends on the portfolio. A good portfolio and the ability to work with customers guarantees an increase in regular customers, after which you can refuse any exchanges at all. and whiners cry about how bad freelancing is now, and customers choose only those who work for food. It's all wrong. Only mediocre performers work for food, because their level does not allow them to form a base of worthy customers with money. So they cry, exposing themselves from the position of a victim, instead of pumping their skills. In general, ideally, of course, work in a good studio, with a salary of at least 100k,

Learn to work without exchanges.
It may not be the best option in your case. I mean your activity, which is indicated in the profile.

This may sound off topic, but try to find a well-paid full-time job.
I worked as a freelancer from 2006 to 2019. And then I found a job. And I don't regret it.

I didn’t use it, but as an option youdo
And profi.ru is not quite an exchange, but you can consider it. True, I don’t like it there, that for the response to the task you need to kick off a percentage. And it’s not a fact that you will take the task, but it’s not cool ....

Yukon is the only sensible exchange in Runet.

Everything is individual, even in the garbage you can earn. If you are chasing money, then either Upwork or advertising your services, on the same FL.

I worked in VK, search there through a group or a parser. After completing a certain number of orders, customers began to communicate directly or word of mouth
