New account or continue from the old one?

Hello. I've been programming in PHP for a long time, now I'm starting to learn Python a little. And something I wanted to increase my earnings a little on freelance. I have old accounts on fl.ru, for example, and upwork. On upwork, I never managed to take a single order and scored, and on fl one order was completed. Then I was terribly green and after a month of unsuccessful attempts I just dumped them, but the access remained.
Does it make sense to continue working with them and how will customers look at it, or is it better to just create a new account and not worry?
