How to overcome daytime sleepiness?

Background:
At the moment I am studying and working (still remotely), I have developed a strong habit of going to bed almost every day during the day, for a maximum of 20-30 minutes. This seemingly short break was enough for me to spend the rest of the day as productively as possible, and go to bed at 22:00-22:30 in the evening. By the way, I get up early now: 4:30-5:00 in the morning, and therefore, in any case, daytime sleepiness covered me at lunchtime. In this period of time, I can freely use it and lie down to rest during the day.
But, in two or three months I had the opportunity to leave for the "big city" for training with an internship, which is held almost from the very morning until five o'clock in the evening. And I understand that there I will no longer have the opportunity to relax even during the break.
I tried to shift my schedule - getting up at seven, eight or 9 in the morning, but there was no sense in it, drowsiness still appeared, although it was a little easier for me to bear. I can’t drink coffee, because there were problems with blood pressure and I stopped drinking it altogether, but I don’t want to stuff myself with various drugs / vitamins. From sports I do only morning and evening jogging (sometimes I can go out during the day) for 20-30 minutes.

The question is: how can you overcome daytime sleepiness? Or what is the best way to stay productive in the afternoon?

In such cases, coffee also saves me) In general, I love it, especially the Italian Kimbo
https://www.lecafeier.ru/kofe/kimbo/ The ideal balance of Arabica and Robusta in the ratio of 80 to 20 is expressed in a mild classic taste, the right consistency, lush foam espresso. Like 100%)
