How to choose a lamp for working at a computer? Which one is better? LED, energy-saving, fluorescent, halogen?

Help me choose a lamp. I don't understand them. Incandescent bulbs burn out very quickly. I want to take one that will not burn out for a long time. And which is best suited for working at a computer - for programming (so that there is no fatigue, no desire to sleep, no harm to the eyes and that it is comfortable to work).

Fatigue and the desire to sleep are not related to the lamp in any way. You just need to sleep enough time :)
In general, the choice of a lamp, that is, light, is a matter of personal preference. I prefer "bright" or "cold" light everywhere - 4000K, someone on the contrary prefers "warm", similar to the light of incandescent lamps - 2300K
