There are no such. An ECG can only be taken with a device that has passed state testing and verification.
The readings of other instruments cannot be used in any way, as they are not reliable - they are just toys, display meters.
Setting up a high-quality ECG requires precision instruments and generators, the cost of which goes far beyond 10,000 rubles.
