How to organize work on a laptop + 2 external monitors?

There is a laptop + 2 monitors. The working space on the table is organized so that you can work standing and sitting. I spend most of my time working standing up, but sometimes I want to sit down. For standing work I use a laptop + 1 monitor (let's call it "upper"). I would like to connect 1 more monitor (let's call it "lower") and, if necessary, continue working on it while sitting, turning off the laptop screen + the first monitor.
What, in fact, is the essence of the problem. If you connect a lower monitor, then the work area expands to it. And you need it to be, as it were, independent and you can "throw" everything that works on a laptop + upper monitor if necessary.

@naviks

You can do this: The
laptop is autonomous, the upper and lower are in mirroring mode among themselves.
And it doesn't matter which group you work with, the information on the monitors is the same, only the monitors change places.
If the vidyaha is intel, then there is a hot key to change monitors in places

VGA switch or HDMI no? Or splitter. One entry and many exits?
