Windows won't load?

Windows and BIOS do not load, it gives out:

Before that, during operation, the screen blinked at times and jammed sometimes (it hung for a second and a square of the screen screen appeared in the corner).
Sometimes it still loads (about 1 out of 10 reboots), but it slows down hard and reboots again.
What is the problem, is the RAM covered or hard?
Maybe someone met with such a problem.

Check the cable/sata cable to the hard drive. Check your smart hard drive. He probably has tweezers.
