How to organize the recruitment process using Atlassian?
Hello!
I'm trying to come up with a full-fledged personnel search system for the company. You need to use Atlassian. And the resulting options are not very encouraging
- JIRA + Confluence is not tightly integrated enough. JIRA for vacancies, Confluence for candidate resumes (candidate database). Bad with rights, bad with fields. Almost everything is bad. And the jamb with notifications
- JIRA + JIRA is also a bit messy, but already better.
I wanted to get your opinion on how the process of staff search goes in your company, can you give me some good ideas?

Yes, it’s like hammering nails with a microscope
. It’s clear that if a company sits on an atlasian, then you want to put everything into this stack
.
What does recruiting mean? The search must be done by a person. If you mean the process of personnel management, then, like any other business process, you can organize it in Jira. There was even a plugin on this topic https://confluence.spartez.com/display/THDOC/TeamH... but it was closed because everything can be perfectly done with regular functions.
Personnel search is, first of all, parsing profiles from recruiters' sites and personally sent profiles. Everything else is not difficult to wind
