Which development kit to choose: JIRA + Git + CI?

Good evening!
I select a system - I think Jira is best suited as a task.
As I imagine workflow - a jira task is created - a branch in the repository is based on it.
Then this branch or merdzhennaya with the master is checked.
The master is poured automatically into production.
I like git-flow, but in development mode, when every day there is a release - there will be a constant idle pass - the version is open - the version is closed.
Git: Gitlab or BitBucket (integrates better with Jira?)?
CI: Jenkins or GitLabCI?
What is the easiest to set up? What is the best set?
(On a docker server)
