Why doesn't Jira install continue?

Good afternoon.
I have a web server on which there is a Windows server + Hyper-v on which Centos 7 is running on a virtual machine.
I installed the latest Jira distribution on centos 7 via ssh. In the terminal, I selected ports for Jira 8085 and 8010..
After that, the installation was completed.. But after going to http://localhost:8085 , the installation does not continue..
What could it be? What am I doing wrong?

localhost? The correct spelling is localhost...
The browser you open is on one system, and CentOs is another system that is not local. Therefore, you need to open not localhost, but the CentOs address (IP or hostname).
Well, check that the ports in the firewall are open.
