How to correctly manage a project in Jira, consisting of several components?

Who uses jira, can you share your experience?
There is a product that, for example, consists of 3 systems (API, website, mobile application)
All tasks for this product should be carried out in one project and sprinted there, and components should be used, in accordance with which system, refer to?
Or to separate projects in a systemic way and have one project in which sprint is conducted?
We use Jira cloud because of this there are restrictions on plugins. I would like to have the ability for support to indicate what kind of system, in which version of the system the bug was found.

The question of how to manage the development of several subsystems, in one sprint or in several (each subsystem has its own) does not have a single correct answer, so this is not about correctness. Moreover, this has nothing to do with JIRA, or any other tracker.
The key concepts of Scrum (where sprints are used) are: one team, common goals per sprint, one product owner.
So, it will be impossible for two different teams (each with their own goals) to effectively conduct sprint planning, participate in stand-ups and demos.
First, decide on the project management configuration (what kind of sprint-subsystem ratio do you need). From this it will be clear what configuration to set up in JIRA, and then the restrictions and workarounds will become clear.
