A project can have multiple workflows, but they are tied to issue types. Components are just a field, you won't be able to bind them to Workflow.
Option 1:
You can create new types of tasks, and then attach the created workflows to them, if, of course, this option suits you.
Option 2:
You can create many subtasks and name them as:
Design;
Layout;
Frontend;
Backend.
After that, for each type, create a separate workflow with its own status chain and determine the status in which a subtask is created with a separate Workflow.
It is impossible for a component, it is needed for another.
To organize different processes for different specialization departments, create different statuses.
Like To Frontend, To Design, etc.
