Now an advertising exchange is being developed, where advertisers will buy the services of bloggers for publishing advertising posts on vk, instagram, twitter, etc.
The question is how to optimally organize settlements between contractors and customers and at the same time receive a minimum commission. We will work through a legal entity (LLC) under a simplified taxation scheme (6% of turnover).
So far, only the following scheme for the formation of the final commission of the service has come to mind:
1. Payments are accepted through PayKeeper and Yandex.Checkout (commission 2-5% depending on the type of payment)
2. Further, the funds are transferred to the organization’s current account and a tax of 6% is paid from them (the option with 15% of the profit is not the best option here, because there will be a lot of micropayments).
3. Next, the funds must be transferred to the performers (for the time being, I plan to withdraw funds 1 or 2 times a week).
Here is a question for those in the know. How do you pay funds to performers from the organization's account? How is all this formalized legally and through accounting? Are there any services that are ready to organize this stage of work on outsourcing?
