A tricky payment system for an online auction. as?

hey evrivan!
The guys and I are doing an online auction. and we need a payment system. we are puzzled and do not know how to implement it technically. so we decided to contact you.
the scheme is as follows: there is a product that the buyer pays for. a percentage of this payment should go to our account, and the rest of the amount - to the seller. but only when the buyer confirms that he has the goods.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Are there any ready-made options for solving this problem?
thanks, you are the best!

@udovychenko

You accept the amount from the client to your account. You write it to the database. The buyer acknowledges receipt. You charge a percentage. And through the API of the payment system or with pens you send it to the seller.

What's stopping you from being an intermediary? That is, first take the entire amount to Sibe and then send the right one to the client
