Having studied this topic, we encountered such a problem:
there are services through which you can make payments to wallets / cards via the API, but there is such a nuance that when paying physical. person, the owner of the service (IP) must pay personal income tax for physical. face. Are there services that take care of all these payments, so that all this is legal from the point of view of the law? How do services that have an affiliate program work in general, how do they legally conduct it? Really, everyone pays personal income tax on each payment?
