How to organize temporary access to the Internet from a working machine?

Good afternoon.
Corporate policy prohibits access to the Internet directly. However, I really want to temporarily use all sorts of composers, npm'ami, vagrant'ami. I already thought about buying a laptop with a modem, but it's expensive. Help to get by with "little blood". The rights of the local administrator are available.
How would you recommend access? What irons to buy?

Prepare a resume, it will come in handy for finding a job if the company has an intelligent security officer who will burn that an employee is punching a hole in security :)
And so - there is too little information about how everything works for you to advise something, but you can use the phone to access the Internet (via USB, connect like a modem). Or buy a WiFi-module for a computer (USB) and distribute the Internet to it from the same telepon.

Bypass corporate restrictions without knowing the network structure (it is quite possible there are more gateways :) ) is possible only by air. But the appearance of new points is monitored at a time, the appearance of new hardware is even easier to monitor, and tracking the insertion of a new USB device can be done online with an admin notification :)
