I can't connect to the ftp server from the internet, what's wrong?

I decided to raise a small file server at home. I took an old laptop, installed a filezilla server on it, forwarded a port to it. When I connect to it from the local network, everything works, but when I try to connect via the Internet (ip is gray for now, but it seems to still work, even if it changes over time), it simply does not load. Turned off windows firewall just in case, didn't help. Tell me what to do, why this can be?

The gray ip is not available from the Internet. Forward ports, configure VPNs....

As stated above. gray IP is not suitable. only white. + port forwarding on the router to the server
