How to forward ports in the absence of a dedicated IP?

Hello! How to forward ports to a router if there is no real dedicated IP? I was given this idea, but I don't know how to implement it. I quote "Forward ports to the router and ddns on top". Who can explain how to do this? I tried to go into the router, do port forwarding there. But the ports, as they were closed, remained closed.
PS ip dynamic

if the SP is white, then fasten the dindns.
if the SP is gray, then it simply cannot be solved in any way.

The provider offers a dynamic external ip and a static white internal ip (maybe I didn’t write it correctly, I apologize in advance). Will this one fit?

Written incorrectly.
The address can be static or dynamic.
The address can be internal (gray) or external (white).
These are different things - static means the address is always the same. External - means the address is available outside, and from this address you can forward ports to computers inside the apartment.
You need a static white IP and you'll be fine.

You go into the router settings (each manufacturer has its own way) find the DDNS setting - select the ddns provider there (asus and dlink have their own free ones), write the desired name there, then go to the firewall (routing) settings and add the necessary ports there. From the Internet, you need to go through the selected name like davidhnm.asuscom.com (if you have an asus, of course).

You can forward everything you need through your VPN with a static address, but it may not work very smoothly if the server is too far away.

Provaydet gives IPv6? if so then the problem is solved, get the address and you will have it forever the same. I also have gray IPv4, but the provider gives IPv6, and they are all white.
