Mikrotik Winbox: could not connect to. How to connect to the router through WinBox?

Good afternoon! I have been suffering for a day with setting up my new mikrotik rb2011uias-2hnd-in. I googled the PDF instructions for configuring the router on the Internet, downloaded the WinBox program, registered the IP address 192.168.88.1 and the login admin, successfully entered the control panel of the router, and then, as stated in the instructions, clicked on the Remove configuration button (p. 4 of this instruction )
After that, I lost access to the router through WinBox, entered the same IP address and login, tried to log in through the MAC address in the same way. I also tried to press the Reset button during the startup of the router for 20 seconds (until it squeaked).
Surprising moment: the router is not detected either in the WinBox program or in the Netinstall program. But if the router is rebooted, then after loading in 10 seconds it appears in both of these programs in the Neighbors list. I also managed to connect to it once right after rebooting the router. Just at the moment when the router rebooted, I continuously pressed the Connect button with the MAC address and login entered in advance. What is wrong with it and is there a way to connect somehow more conveniently and understandably?

Figured out the problem! Everything is downright simple.
1) Connect to any port on the router itself, except for the rear one. Rear port - RG-45 to COM port for configuring the router via COM port. This is not an internet port.
2) After connecting with a cable to the router, you must disable the firewall and be sure to disconnect from the Wi-Fi network. If you were connected to a Wi-Fi network, but then disconnected, you need to restart the WinBox program and, just in case, restart the router itself. In extreme cases, if nothing helps directly, disconnect from all other networks, connect to the router, reset the router settings through the menu and go to the WinBox program. It helped me.

I will subscribe the same parsley. As decided by myself. I have a second router that distributes addresses via dhcp after reset, I set up a different range and addresses without resetting the default config. After export editing and filling. The forum advises to connect with esc pressed, but it didn’t help me
