How to organize a workplace in rented housing?

The question is for people who work with a laptop remotely, and constantly wander around hotels and rented apartments / houses.
I have a workplace at home, a normal table and an armchair. But if you go somewhere on a business trip, or move for a long time, it is far from a fact that there will be the same conditions.
In an uncomfortable place, the back and all other muscles will ache. It's no secret that beautiful pictures of people having fun lying on the couch with a laptop do not correspond to reality.
Fellow travelers and downshifters, how do you solve the issue with the workplace? If you have to work for a long time and print a lot.

I see that the apartment already has a table and a chair. It's no secret that if your back hurts from sitting, you're sitting incorrectly, or you already have a curvature. In the right position, even on the most ordinary chair, nothing will hurt you, + you can get up every hour and warm up.

Need a table. This is the main thing.
You can take an inexpensive folding table.
Like this. The main thing is that the legs are firmly fixed and do not fold by themselves.
