How to focus on work?
Good afternoon, I work remotely and during work I am often distracted by all sorts of nonsense. Tried using the "Pomodoro" method with a timer for concentration, not very helpful. There are no problems with time management, I paint tasks for myself according to the example from the book "Time Management for System Administrators", but I do a task that I can complete in 2 hours, 2.5 due to being distracted. What ways to increase concentration can you advise?

Get a mortgage.
And of course, there should be a picture with Theme Lebedev.
Take a sheet of A4.
Draw a blue or black dot in the center.
You put the leaf at a distance about the same as from the eyes to the monitor.
Set a timer for 10 minutes.
You look at the point without being distracted during this time.
You can think only about the point, everything that will come to mind and be perceived.
If attention "left" - slowly transfer back to the point.
Run 1 month.
I can say that at first I often took on the deadlines for completing tasks without taking into account distractions, and in fact it turned out that the deadlines were not met and you were digging yourself a hole of excuses. In my opinion, you can not close yourself from the outside world. I think that only autistic people can probably do this, which is why they are able to remember things that it is impossible for another person to remember. And yes, for self-control, be sure to get yourself a time tracking system, redmine. In fact, it will be your diary and schedule of planned tasks and the history of completed ones.
A person is not a robot - distraction from work is also needed.
Go for a walk, get some fresh air.
It will not work to hammer yourself into some kind of framework of the "pomodoro" technique. Because you are a person, not a robot who sits for a while and then rests for a second time.
If it is distracted, it means:
1. You don't have to work very hard.
2. An external factor such as a wife - to say that it does not distract. Doesn't help - yell and send n.kh.y
3. Still distracted?, see item 1.
I just write obsessive thoughts in a notebook and assign a topic. sometimes I look. 90% are eliminated by themselves
I have a timer set for forty minutes. 40 minutes of work, after the signal, get up, stretch, look out the window (good for eyesight), go to the toilet, pour coffee, etc. After such a short break, I set the timer again and get to work.
