How to open a large xlsx file on macos?

There is a large xlsx file, the number of records is more than 2 million. Excel can only show 1 million records. What program is better to import data into and where is it better to process it on macos? On Windows I did it through MS access, but the lags are terrible. I ask you to suggest analogues or other solutions.

I have a question - how did you push more than 2 million lines into an xlsx file that contains 1,048,576 lines?
Perhaps you are uploading csv with separators?

Try LibreOffice ( https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ select there for macos), but I honestly don't know how many records his "excel" can handle. I have mostly small files.
