How to change shift combinations on macbook?

Hello, I bought a Macbook and immediately ran into a problem (at least for me this is a problem) that commas, periods, question marks are placed in a very strange way. (Shift + 7 - a dot, instead of a comma, etc.)

Is it possible to somehow reassign this and make it under Windows hotkeys?

Yes. In the keyboard settings, select the PC layout.
But from experience I can say that the habit is developed in a couple of days, plus you don’t have to stick stickers on the keys (after all, the comma is not engraved by itself).
