Gray color problem on MacBook, how to fix?

Hello!
I have a MacBook Pro 15' 2017. Everything was fine, but recently the screen starts to flicker in gray, all colors are displayed normally, but if you do not touch the trackpad, then the gray flickers.
There were no mechanical impacts, the laptop is in perfect condition.
Can anyone come across? Maybe there are ideas?
