Can I remove docker.raw if I don't use docker on mac?

I own a macbook air with a 128gb ssd and often face the problem of running out of disk space. I climbed into the "Libraries" folder in the hope of finding some kind of cache or something else. Came across the file:

/Users/alex/Library/Containers/com.docker.docker/Data/com.docker.driver.amd64-linux/Docker.raw

Which weighs ≈ 69 GB
I do not use docker in the system, I used it purely for informational purposes a year ago and deleted it using the .sh script.
Can I easily delete this raw file? Will there be any errors?

If you are not already using Docker, feel free to delete this file. There are, in fact, all the virtual machines created in the docker (images, containers, networks, etc.)
You can also go to the Docker Desktop settings and change the maximum size of this file.
