How to open a 3d model in xml format?

Hello.
You need to open a model created apparently in some CAD application.
An archive was sent in it with the following folder structure:
css
dll
help
images
index
Model (in xml format) size 1b5 mb.
When index is launched, a page opens with the Tekla logo and zoom and rotate buttons.
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this product and I don't even know how to approach it...
I tried to open it with import in 3ds max - void is imported.
Tell me, how can I open the xml model? You just need to take a couple of angles.
