Frame-by-frame animation in Adobe Edge?

There is a .png file 115x10000 pixels, the frames are located one under the other, each frame occupies 196 pixels vertically. Is there any way to force Adobe Edge to shift the image at a given 196 pixel pitch 15 times per second to get an animation without setting the offset on the timeline for each frame individually?
