What is the best way to make weapon textures for a mobile game?
Good day to all! We are creating a mobile shooter (3D) and it's time to make weapons. The game we have is Top Down Shooter and therefore the camera is high on the character. That is, the quality of the weapon textures is not particularly necessary, as it will simply be difficult to see them. The game will have +- 10-12 types of weapons. What would be the best way to do it, leave 10-12 scans of a small size, or still combine all the weapons into one atlas 1024x1024 for example? The question is in terms of optimization, and not the quality of the picture in the game.
