A quick prototype can also be quickly made in Axure RP.
More details can be worked out in Adobe Edge, Flash, After Effects. But this will require a certain skill.

Judging by the way the bottom hardware button is cut off (top cut off), this 2D animation was done in Adobe After Effects, or something like that.
