What is "UX Prototype Knowledge" in job postings, and where can I find/download/read about them?

In my experience, even the fronts didn't do prototyping, let alone full-stack developers. Designers did this, it’s for them that Figma, Invisionapp, Ninjamock, Adobe XD are available

This probably means the ability to prototype an interface without detailed elaboration, such as in the picture.
