1. Create several polygons of the desired shades, arrange them by crossing.
2. Set the transparency (for a start, you can 50%, then lower / increase) to all polygons and the multiply blending mode (high probability of getting what you need, but then you need to play around with the overlays).
3. We take the shape we need and make it a mask of our polygons. We go inside the mask and move the polygons as we need.
