How to move Raspbian to SSD?

Hello.
Actually, the question also consists in transfer. Raspberry has been in use for almost two years, logs and updates are written to the memory card. I want to prevent the sudden death of the card and put the ssd. Reinstalling the system is not a hunt, as the services (Pi-hole, DLNA, Transmission) are configured.
At the moment, a 2.5 HDD is connected to the raspberry via a USB pocket and is powered by raspberries. Raspberry receives power from a 5V 3A power supply.
The SSD is on the way.

Start with Clonezilla and see how it goes.
I won’t undertake to predict the result in advance - I never even just drove raspberries in conjunction with the SSD, much less tried migrating to it from a memory card.
