Why can't Kingston SSD Manager see the drive?

Purchased 5 years ago. Works without problems. I tried to view SMART - I got all the parameters 100% I installed
Kingston SSD Manager - the disk does not see
the ACHI mode is set, the disk is definitely genuine (the hologram is in place, the holes are what I need, etc. - I know how to use Google)
Firmware - the latest. updated via Kingston tool - he saw the disk without any problems.
