Why does the laptop enter the BIOS immediately after turning it on?

The laptop is brand new, I haven't done anything with it other than updating the drivers. After the reboot, he began to enter the BIOS himself. The SSD drive is seen as Windows Boot Manager, in the Boot menu. Trying to reinstall Windows ends with error 0xC0000005. Formatting or deleting partitions from the disk also works. After executing the format and clean commands, the same partitions remain on the disk and cannot be deleted

Try checking the memory and SSD first with Hiren's BootCD for example .
Flash drive instructions here.
Perhaps Windows is not installed due to an incorrectly written distribution. For example, your distribution is made for MBR, and your disk has a GPT partition table. Or vice versa.
You can burn a Windows flash drive in different ways using Rufus
