How to separate vMotion, VM and Managament traffic and is it necessary in principle?

available HP Blade chassis with 3 servers. Storage is connected via FC. Cisco 3560 LAN
. Only 2 physical adapters on servers

I would advise separating traffic management and vmotion traffic, and would also consider buying two additional network cards for lasp channels
