Mikrotik substitutes its mac-address in arp-responses?

Hello! Problem: Windows Server 2003R2 x64 after installing on ESXi 6.5 writes about an IP address conflict.
Moreover, the mac-address of the interface, which has the same IP address, matches the mac-address on the Mikrotik VLAN interface.

I check: from another server on this ESXi I ping any IP address that is definitely not busy, and after that I check the arp table. It contains entries with the mac-address of the mikrotik interface.

How is it that he substitutes his address if it really does not exist on the subnet?

@vasilevkirill

Most likely, you have arp-proxy enabled on the bridge
. If there is no strong need to configure it, then disable it.
