Errors appeared in the logs ether5 excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch?

Hi,
In the logs on RB2011UiAS appeared errors "ether5 excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch?" and there are a lot of errors on this port.
I replaced the cable connecting the device, it did not help. All other ports are ok. What could be the problem?
