Where does internet traffic go?

Good afternoon, dear toasters!
There is a network of 4 computers connected by wire and 4 laptops connected via Wi-Fi to the Internet via ZyXEL Keenetic Lite III. The speed of the Internet is obviously connected to a small one, tk. all employment of 8 computers is 1c, word, excel and mail (rare use, for sending small documents word, excel). Periodically, it is impossible to access the Internet, pages open catastrophically slowly, traffic is simply overloaded. Through the system monitor of the router, you can see the overall reception and return of traffic, but how to look at which specific IP address such an amount of traffic is spent, I can’t figure out who is the bad person who downloads movies or watches online, or even worse))))

On this router, you can't do anything like that.
If the channel is narrow and you need to regulate traffic consumption, install a more functional router like mikrotik
and set up prioritization and shaping.

Отключай по одному клиенту.
И засекай после какого клиента станет все хорошо.

На вашем роутере этого не сделать. Надо или ставить перед роутером сервер с NAT, или менять роутер на нечто такое, что может показать список соединений.

1. Отказаться от WiFi, перейти на провод.
Зачастую именно WiFi является причиной глюков. Помехи от соседей, забитые каналы, и.т.д. - создаётся ощущение, что интернет вообще не тянет.
2. Проверка системы на компьютерах.
Автообновление Windows, Касперский, торрент-клиент в автозагрузке - всё это нещадно качает.
3. Отказаться от Windows 8 / 10 в пользу Windows 7. Обновления в 8/10, а также телеметрия и шпионские функции сильно едят интернет.
