Why does ESXi see the system as 32 bit?

I use ESXi 6.5 for the test, I created a machine with Win7 64bit in WM Player. Using OVFTool, I converted it to OVA, and then uploaded it to ESXi. But after loading it is shown to me there as x32 and does not start, the bootlap at the windows is loading files stage.
