How to make yourself quiet?
Good afternoon, colleagues, how can you isolate yourself from the surrounding noise?
What can you do to make sure it's not expensive and does the job?
1) Simple pharmacy earplugs? - it seems to me not comfortable
2) Ear plugs that look like small vacuum headphones? mostly seen them for 20-30$
3) Big headphones with "noise canceling"?
4) Perhaps there is something else or you can throw off a link to your solution)
I don’t even know what to look for when choosing a solution ...
PS Now I’m saving myself with a loud classic. music in ordinary computer headphones, but this is not an option at all.
Thank you in advance)

Where is the noise from? Active noise canceling won't cut high frequencies. Much better, earplugs and full-size headphones with good noise isolation on top.
Judging by your tags, is the noise at home? Then evict the noisy ones, or evict yourself (removable odnushka for an office, coworking, cafe, park, etc.).
An isolated room, sheathed with sound-absorbing panels.
In practice, you can find sections of the walls in the room that reflect noise the most - and hang panels on them locally so as not to glue the whole room - the noise will already decrease.
Big high-quality earphones perfectly suppress noise. I have these, sometimes it’s scary to work in them, because if someone comes up to you, then you won’t hear it.
But this is not salvation. Anyway, some sounds will penetrate, besides, relatives can come to you with questions at any time.
Ideally an office. I’ve been shooting for six months now and the work efficiency in the office has grown by an order of magnitude.
If you work at home, then you first need to explain to your relatives that you are at work and you should be contacted only on the most important issues, and it is better to do it through the messenger. Oh, and headphones don't hurt either.
Working with headphones or ear plugs is not an option. Look for a quiet place.
Most likely in your case the output will not be to isolate the noise, but to isolate yourself from the noise.
Try listening to music with headphones. Both methods allow you to get rid of external sound. But it will not help if relatives flicker next to you. And if you use the big ears turned off on top, you can listen very quietly with earplugs, and you won’t hear anything around at all.
1) beyerdynamic dt770 pro - cool closed-type ears, but to listen to them, you need to pump your video card well
2) good earplugs
Active noise cancellation will not help you.
Use the way esports players do at huge noisy events:
They put on good noise-canceling vacuum headphones and, on top, equally good noise-canceling professional monitor headphones. It is clear that most likely they have a connection with the teammates in the vacuum headphones, and in the monitors the sound of the game.
I advise you to use this method to turn on some music, you will not hear anything at all.
And you, sorry, where are you? At home, at work, coworking there or something else? If at home - neither headphones nor even an OZK with a gas mask will save you :D You need to explain to everyone at home - that if you are at the computer - you are "at work" and you should not disturb at this moment. Although it still won’t work, especially if there are small children in the house.
