Hard disk 4Tb Western Digital SE (WD4000F9YZ). Noise level 34 dB in operation and 31 in idle. Is it loud for a home PC?

I ordered it, but there is time to cancel the order and order a quieter, but, apparently, less reliable 4Tb Seagate Desktop SSHD (ST4000DX001).
Or something else can take? Please advise. The main thing is not to brake, not to make wild noise. And of course 4 Tb.
On the home PC for which I buy a hard system, I have a Samsung 850 EVO 250 Gb SSD.

99.9% of people have no idea what the "34 dB" sound level is. For a home PC, everything is individual - it interferes / does not interfere. How do you know where this PC is and who can hear it?

"I just want a good hard drive so as not to lose 4 TB of information. Yes, there will be a lot of games and movies, but also the source of a large number of programs, examples, etc., pictures and much more. I don't want to lose this. "
What should boot and work quickly - throw it on an SSD, and the second screw should be slow. In addition, the 7200 drive heats up more, vibrates more, as a result, it will fail earlier than a low-speed one. And the difference in speed is noticeable only on random access - the linear read / write speed does not differ much.
But in order not to lose anything - MANDATORY backups.

If you didn’t measure it yourself with a decent sound level meter (or at least a laboratory whose data you trust), then don’t pay any attention to these numbers. Marketing will write any numbers for you.

Don't get a Seagate.
The volume level is normal.
If you are not satisfied with it - use a sled with rubber bands or rubber washers and gaskets for soundproofing.
