Which headphones or headset to choose for calls?

I work remotely and my job requires frequent voice calls. The rest of the time I like to work with background music on my headphones so that external sounds do not distract from work. At the same time, I have a MacBook, where there are no free USB ports. Thus, I am looking for headphones that:
- connect via Bluetooth,
- have a noise-canceling microphone (usually they are in the form of such a stick that goes from ear to mouth),
- on-ear or full-size, i.e. no plugs or earbuds,
- high quality materials, adjustable rim, high quality microphone and noise reduction in it,
- sound can be average, I'm not a music lover,
- budget up to 1000€
Advise, please, models. And then I'm confused. There are cool gaming headphones, but they all have a USB connection. There are good headphones from Sony, Sunheiser, but they have mediocre microphones. There are mono headsets, but you can't listen to music between calls. In general, I'm kind of confused. Help!)

And I found what I was looking for - Jabra Evolve 75 UC Stereo.
Fantastically handy device. Just a must have for those who call up a lot. Noise canceling microphone, great sound, 7-10 hours per charge, can be used even while charging. But the most relish is the type of connection. You can connect via a USB dongle, you can connect via Bluetooth, or you can - attention - both at the same time! So you can connect via USB to a laptop, and via Bluetooth to a smartphone. So you can receive calls or listen to music from both devices without reconnecting. The headphone software correctly dampens the sound from one connection when the second one is activated.
