Headset repair or replacement?

Good afternoon.
There are about 100 Jabra 1900 headsets with broken arms. Those. either the shackle on which the speaker is broken, or the shackle on which the microphone is. By itself, the electronic and audio components are working.
According to the description, this headset has a noise-canceling microphone.
Throw it out - the toad is strangling.
Now I'm thinking what to do. Bring out a couple of minijacks from the sound card built into the headset, and connect cheap headsets, hoping that the audio card will work better than the one built into the motherboard, or somehow collect new arms, trying to make a Frankenstein.
Please tell me the pros and cons of either approach.
What is a noise canceling microphone? A quick google search turned up nothing.
How is noise reduction implemented, at the level of a capsule microphone or at the level of a sound card (will it work if you remove minijacks and connect a headset for 100 rubles)?
Well, how labor-intensive is it to transfer the microphone from the jabra to a 100-ruble headset, if there is a need for it.
UPD. Understood with noise reduction. If you put a 100 rublevub headset, you can forget about it. With passive noise reduction, only the microphone works. Noise suppression due to different speeds of vibrations on the side of the microphone to the user and the side of the microphone opposite from him.
