How to make the clipboard work on a terminal connection using ViTerminal?

Now the clipboard transfers data from the client computer to the terminal session, but not back. Users claim that some time ago the exchange was bidirectional.
On a Windows 7 Pro x64 server, ViTerminal 5.1.2.3085 Enterprise Server. The client system does not matter, I tried with W7, W10
Restarting rdpclip.exe in the session does not help.
Users work mainly in 1s.

I found the solution myself, perhaps it will be useful to someone:
After updating the 1s Enterprise platform to 8.3.12.1469, after starting the 1s client, the clipboard was disrupted.
To fix the situation, I rolled back the version to 8.3.10. The error disappeared, the work returned to normal.
