RDP Wrapper Windows 10 Home single language in 2019?

I can't configure RDP Wrapper Windows 10 Home for one language, writes not listening. How to treat?

RDP Wrapper is a program that expands the capabilities of RDP (making a terminal server out of a PC) without giving a damn about the license.
It needs at least RDP to work. Otherwise, whose opportunities will it expand?
And you have Windows 10 Home for one language in which there is no RDP.
