How to set up RDP so that the login and password are entered on RDS, and not on RDC (Win2012r2)?
As it is now: I launch the RDP client, specify the ip address, click connect. I enter my username and password and I'm automatically logged in.
It is necessary that he connects via RDP to the server and only then I enter the login and password to enter. Terminal Server is not installed on win 2012 r2.

Without the elevated Remote Desktop Server role, only two simultaneous remote connections to the server are available, they are given for administration. The number of available connections does not depend on when the password is entered.
And you can change the side on which the password is entered.
