You have several paths to choose from. You can experiment on your own with the tool palette in the Image -> Adjustments menu (I don’t know what it’s all called if you have a Russian interface). There, you may find B&W, Photo Filter (which has native sepia, but without tuning it's so-so), and other color-correcting things, useful. Alternatively, you can create several copies of the layer, change the bottom to black and white, top sepia, Overlay mode and play with its transparency.
